The Enterprise Challenge

The Program: 4 Phases

Phase 1: Deep System Assessment

We interview key leaders, delivery managers, scrum masters, and coaches. We map recurring problems across teams and platforms, identify violated principles and hidden constraints, and analyze incentive structures, decision boundaries, and ownership gaps.

Deliverable: Comprehensive Problem & Principle Assessment Report with top 5–10 recurring problems diagnosed and system-level root causes identified.

Phase 2: Custom AI Coaching Agent Development

We build a custom AI coaching agent trained on your organization's specific problems, principles, and context. Your custom agent understands your delivery challenges, guides leaders through PPA using your real scenarios, surfaces violated principles relevant to your context, and scales coaching across multiple teams and time zones.

Phase 3: Leadership & Coach Training (4 weeks)

We run two parallel tracks: a Leadership Intensive for engineering managers, CTOs, and delivery leads, and a Coach & Scrum Master Practicum for agile coaches and team facilitators. Both tracks use real scenarios from your organization's assessment.

Phase 4: Organizational Integration & Reinforcement

Monthly office hours, quarterly system health reviews, continuous improvement of the custom AI agent, and executive briefings to embed PPA into organizational decision-making rhythms.
