Entrowise is a coaching and advisory practice specializing in problem-centric coaching for software delivery and technology leadership. We help technology and project leaders move beyond reactive firefighting to deliberate, principle-driven decision making.
Our Approach
Most coaching and consulting jumps from problem description to solution recommendation. Entrowise does something different: we slow down at the most important step—understanding the system behavior producing the problem—before identifying which principles are being violated, and only then designing deliberate actions.
This approach—the PPA Method (Problem → Principle → Action)—is grounded in decades of research and practice across Lean, Agile, systems thinking, and organizational learning. It produces durable improvement rather than temporary symptom relief.
The AI Coaching Agent
The Entrowise Coaching AI Agent is a purpose-built tool that applies the PPA Method to help leaders diagnose delivery problems, identify violated principles, and develop actionable strategies. It is not a general-purpose AI assistant—it is a structured coaching tool trained on delivery principles and designed to guide leaders through disciplined problem analysis.

Entrowise was founded by Gourab Nanda, an experienced technology and delivery leadership coach with deep expertise in agile delivery, systems thinking, and organizational transformation.
